Change the Mind

You can cancel your order any time before it’s confirmed for delivery.

After Delivery Cancellation

If you cancel after receiving your order, you’ll need to return the items in their original packaging, unused and in good condition—within 14 days of receiving them. Return shipping will be your responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or suitable solution at no extra cost.

Refunds

All approved refunds will be processed within 20 working days to your original payment method.
